Founded in 2008 during a pivotal moment in urban real estate, Developer Sales Projects has grown from a two-person operation to the city's most respected boutique pre-construction brokerage. Every year, we become more selective — and more effective.

2008
Founded by Alexandra Merritt with a focus on downtown pre-construction condominiums.
2011
Expanded to waterfront developments; first project to achieve 100% sellout in under 72 hours.
2014
Launched Investor Relations Division; structured first $50M bulk acquisition for a family office client.
2018
Surpassed $1 billion in cumulative sales; recognized as a top-3 pre-construction brokerage by industry peers.
2022
Opened dedicated assignment sales desk and expanded coverage to mixed-use high-rise projects.
